Adam Guernsey is a partner at Harrison, Temblador, Hungerford & Guernsey, LLP. His practice centers on mining, environmental, and land use law. Adam has more than a decade of experience in a wide range of complex mining and industrial projects. He regularly counsels and represents private clients, public entities, and trade associations in all areas of land use processing, including SMARA, vested mining rights, CEQA, NEPA, ESA & CESA, the California Coastal Act, state and federal water quality and air permitting and regulation, and mineral title analysis. Adam regularly speaks on environmental and land use issues throughout the state.
