ARB Holding Workshops on AB 617 Stationary Source Emissions Reporting Regulations

California Assembly Bill 617, adopted by the state Legislature in 2017, requires stationary air sources to track and report emissions of criteria and toxic pollutants on an annual basis. The California Air Resources Board is beginning the rulemaking process to adopt regulations to implement AB 617. These regulations will specify how emissions must be tracked and reported under AB 617. ARB will hold a series of workshops on the proposed regulations as follows:

• May 30, 2018 - Sacramento
• May 31, 2018 - Oakland
• June 5, 2018 - Fresno
• June 7, 2018 - Los Angeles
